1. Handling complete facilities & infrastructure set up; liasioning with contractors & vendors. including housekeeping, maintenance and security workforce.
2. Single Point of Contact for all escalations to residential/ township issues.
3. Handling customer grievances and resolving their issues, maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the township.
4. Creating the Emergency response team, conducting fire drills once in six months and training the ERT members in all firefighting techniques
5. Coordination with the vendors of all other supportive services including parking management.
