Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the smooth functioning of facilities. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports. It will be crucial for you to drive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure, support audits, statutory compliance, and documentation related to facility operations. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of technical systems (MEP) & day-to-day operations management. - Coordinate with internal teams & external agencies for smooth functioning of facilities. - Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports. - Ensure timely resolution of complaints & service requests to maintain high resident satisfaction. - Drive preventive & corrective maintenance schedules for equipment & infrastructure. - Support in audits, statutory compliance & documentation related to facility operations. - Billing, Work Order Generation, ERP.
