Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries and bookings for group visits, corporate events, and private parties. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and offers. Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and booking schedules. Follow up with potential clients, respond to queries, and assist in converting leads to confirmed bookings. Prepare sales reports and assist with analysis of attendance trends and customer feedback. Maintain a database of corporate and group contacts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1–2 years of experience in sales, events coordination, or hospitality (entertainment venue experience a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
