We're currently looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to help us grow our audience and support our sales initiatives. Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will support all sales efforts for MYSHILPY Scary House. This role involves assisting with ticketing promotions, managing group bookings, coordinating events, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive attendance and revenue. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries and bookings for group visits, corporate events, and private parties. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and offers. Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and booking schedules. Follow up with potential clients, respond to queries, and assist in converting leads to confirmed bookings. Prepare sales reports and assist with analysis of attendance trends and customer feedback. Maintain a database of corporate and group contacts. Assist in executing B2B partnerships and outreach to schools, colleges, event planners, and tourism agencies. Support front-of-house staff during high-volume periods and special events. Provide excellent customer service with a spooky twist—on brand with the Scary House experience! Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1–2 years of experience in sales, events coordination, or hospitality (entertainment venue experience a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for themed entertainment, horror culture, or events is a plus!
