We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and preventive care of HVAC systems. This role ensures that environmental conditions are maintained according to the required standards and is critical for supporting the safe and efficient operation of our systems. Key Responsibilities: HVAC System Operation & Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment and avoid downtime. Manage day-to-day breakdowns and provide timely resolutions to HVAC system malfunctions. Coordination & Support: Work closely with the Building Management System (BMS) technician to ensure the environmental conditions are maintained per the required specifications. Assist the project department during the installation and commissioning phases of new HVAC systems. Coordinate with the Utility and Electrical teams during conditions monitoring and preventive maintenance activities. Liaise with external agencies, if required, to rectify breakdowns or resolve technical issues. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with all relevant safety protocols. Monitor and ensure that all HVAC activities are performed in adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Documentation & Training: Maintain and update necessary documents such as logbooks, PM checklists, and other required GDP documentation. Seek and complete relevant training programs to upgrade technical knowledge and skills as directed by the Manager-Engineering. Qualifications: Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive care. Familiarity with BMS systems and their integration with HVAC operations.
