Desired Candidate Profile: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Civil knowledge preferred). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction and/or mechanical in-charge roles for industrial projects, ideally in rolling mills or structural mills . Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plant layout, and structural fabrication. Familiarity with civil foundation and erection activities. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
