General Description

Position will be responsible for overall project planning, monitoring, and coordination across multiple construction sites. The role involves ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and quality adherence in alignment with the organizations business goals. The incumbent will act as a central point of coordination between design, procurement, execution, finance, and management teams.

Activity list

  • Develop, review, and manage detailed project schedules from design to handover stages.
  • Define project milestones, critical paths, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, risks, and deviations.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders for design and drawing approvals.
  • Lead inter-departmental coordination between Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Execution, MEP, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth flow of project information, drawings, and approvals across departments.
  • Facilitate regular review meetings with project heads and management to track progress and address bottlenecks.
  • Interface with external agencies, contractors, and vendors for project delivery alignment.
  • Track and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation.
  • Identify cost overruns, delays, or inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.

• Support procurement in finalizing project materials and vendor timelines in line with project schedules.

  • Ensure all projects comply with statutory requirements, safety norms, and quality standards.
  • Manage Quality and EHS teams to ensure site-level compliance and audits.
  • Support management in project feasibility, design optimization, and project sequencing.
  • Provide insights on timelines, risks, and project interdependencies during business planning.
  • Drive process improvement and introduce best practices in project planning and control systems.
  • Prepare and present periodic progress reports, dashboard summaries, and management briefs.
  • Maintain centralized project documentation and data for management review and decision-making.

Educational Qualification

• BE/BTech (Civil) Premier Institute

Experience

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10- 15 years experience in planning, costing, budgeting, contracts specifically in High Rise Residential, Row Housing, Plots Infrastructure, High Street Shopping complex, Retail Mall, Hotels and mix usage properties.

• The successful candidate must be a strong communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to work collaboratively with senior executives and business units to implement project initiatives.
