As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the HR department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the onboarding process, which involves handling new hire documentation and orientation efficiently. - Ensuring that employee records are maintained in compliance with both legal regulations and organizational standards. - Assisting in the management of employee benefits by handling enrollments and updates effectively. - Providing support in recruitment processes by assisting with job posting and interview scheduling. - Addressing employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits promptly and accurately. - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to uphold a positive work environment. - Supporting employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a cohesive workplace culture. - Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems accurately to ensure data integrity. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with employees and stakeholders professionally. - High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially to maintain trust and integrity within the HR function.
