Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Noida, Sector-9 Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Noida, Sector-9. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employee engagement. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR policies and practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and statutory compliance. Handle employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment. Manage payroll processing , attendance, and leave records accurately and on time. Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized manner. Assist in resolving employee queries and HR-related issues promptly. Coordinate with management to drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
