Job Profile

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate leave records and ensure proper leave marking in internal systems.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to collect and verify required documents from new hires.
Prepare and send offer letters and pre-joining instructions to selected candidates.
Ensure all pre-onboarding formalities, such as background verification and follow-ups.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and processes.
Facilitate onboarding formalities, including ID card issuance, IT setup, and access provisioning.
Ensure proper induction with respective departments and manager
Manage and maintain documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Knowledge in Professional Evaluation, Client Evaluation.
Oversee performance management processes, including mid and final
Performance reviews, and coordinate with POCs for feedback and confirmations.
Administer benefits, including health insurance enrollment, renewals, and updates.
Maintain compliance and accurate HR activity records.
Handle exit formalities, including exit forms and relieving letters, ensuring smooth transitions.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Key Skills
3+ years of HR experience.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS, PMT).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
