Job Description

Role Overview:

End-to-end ownership of the MGP Distributor business from sales growth and market coverage to warehouse, logistics and process control. This role will lead the Retail Outlet Head, Sales Executives and Warehouse Team to deliver top-line growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own overall Sales Target & Profitability for the distributor
• Plan & drive monthly sales plans for all Customers segment & Retail Outlet
• Lead and mentor Retail Outlet Head, Sales Executives & Operations staff
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, dispatch & logistics for timely supplies
• Ensure stock accuracy,

, and system compliance (DMS / AOS / ASC)

• Analyse reports, identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
• Coordinate with MSIL team & internal stakeholders for business growth

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred
• Strong people management, planning and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools and comfort with system-based working
