• Manage daily operations:

  Supervise all aspects of the daily rental process, from check-in to check-out, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Develop strategies:

  Formulate and implement strategic and operational objectives, and enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices for fleet management and customer service.

• Monitor performance:

  Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity and quality.

• Data analysis:

  Analyze operational data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Financial management

• Budget and forecasting:

  Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, with a focus on cost reduction and profit maximization.

• Financial reporting:

  Oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in rental agreements, and report on revenue.

Fleet and inventory management

• Fleet availability:

  Ensure the fleet is readily available for customer reservations and is in optimal condition.

• Maintenance and preparation:

  Oversee the process of cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles for the next customer.

• Inventory tracking:

  Manage and track vehicle inventory, potentially using systems like GPS for monitoring movement.

Team and staff management

• Lead and mentor:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff, setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.

• Hiring and training:

  Participate in the interview, training, and education of staff, such as drivers.

Customer and compliance management

• Customer service:

  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance:

  Make sure all operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
