About Us:

THINKRIGHT Eduventures LLP is expanding. We are dedicated to providing high-quality learning programs for kids and toddlers, helping them grow holistically. We are now hiring a highly experienced Operations Head to manage and scale operations efficiently.

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years (Preferably in education / training / preschool / edtech operations)

Salary: As per industry standards / Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete operations of the Andheri West centre.
Handle lead flow management from all sources and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage student database, record-keeping and documentation.
Manage the complete enrollment cycle from inquiry to admission closure.
Build and implement processes as per companys product framework.
Maintain lead tracking system and conversion reports.
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for centre growth and performance.
Ensure smooth functioning and target achievements for the centre.
Manage parent communication and deliver excellent service experience.
Responsible for overall growth, operations & performance of the centre.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team-handling capability
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM / lead management systems
Problem-solving & process-improvement mindset
Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
Operational expertise in education sector preferred
