Job Overview:The Learning and Development Assistant Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs and initiatives aimed at developing a high-performing workforce. With 12-15 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or related fields, the ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in talent development, instructional design, and performance improvement while working closely with senior leaders to align learning strategies with business objectives.
