• Job Location For All Positions: Endurance Technologies Ltd Plot No 28 /4a to 8 & 34/5, Narsapura Industrial Area, Karinayakanahalli Kolar -563133 .
• Exp: 5-10 years
• Qualification: BE/ B.Tech, Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical )
• Function: Production, Quality and Electrical Maintenance

POSITION DETAILS:-

I.

• Able to plan and achieve daily production of Grinding, Assembly and Plating (breaking up in two shifts) to do raw material, tooling, man-power planning & m/c availability.
• To make individual shift production plan of Grinding line.
• Ensure production of as per plan. (optimum use of man &m/c)
• Ensure that all records like SPC charts, tool change record, daily production. plan v/s achievement, daily breakdown reports are updated.
• Analysis of rework & rejection in order to reduce it.
• To take necessary corrective & preventive action in case of non-conformities. & quality problems.
• Ensure effective implementation off various IATF-16949 procedure.
• Ensure implementation & updating of various records of T.P.M.
• To prevent losses before they occur. (be proactive in production planning & execution of production plan.
• Ensure preparation of rejection tag & clearance of rejection
• Able to manage the team

2. Shift Engineer- Quality (Inward and In Process):- (05 Positions):-

• Knowledge of Inspection of Incoming Materials and Quality system implementation at all stages
• Preparation of SQC reports, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA etc. And analyse the causes for Occurrence.
• Prepare monthly vendor performance ratings and ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks and Preparing Monthly rework , rejection reports.
• Arrange for raw material testing through external labs/agencies in line with the approved quality plan.
• Ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken by vendors through follow-up assessments and verifications.
• Analyse and address quality issues arising from inward components affecting the production line, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
• Conduct MSA studies to validate the accuracy and reliability of inspection and measurement systems.
• IATF 16949 Implementation and Audit and Monitoring of Quality Parameters

3. Shift Engineer- Maintenance (Electrical):- (05 Positions):-

• To look after break down, preventive & predictive maintenance
• Responsible for maintenance spare part control
• Responsible for calibrations of equipments, process instruments & gauges
• Responsible for cost effectiveness for energy used for plant
• To maintain record of electricity, water, diesel, hyd. & lubricants consumption
• To maintain records related to KSEB & KIADB
• Responsible for carrying-out modification like jobs
• To look after break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, Utility Maintenance
