Responsibilities:Data Entry:Accurately enter data into various databases and spreadsheets from various sources, including but not limited to:Paper documentsElectronic filesScanned imagesOnline formsEnsure data accuracy and completeness by conducting thorough data verification and quality checks.Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.Data Processing:Format and clean data for analysis and reporting.Extract data from various sources and integrate it into existing systems.Perform data entry tasks related to customer information, financial transactions, inventory management, and other areas as required.Administrative Support:Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and mail handling.Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Electronics
