Key Responsibilities Area (KRAs) 1. Supervise, train, and lead the maintenance team, allocating manpower and resources for day-to-day maintenance activities. 2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans. 3. Ensure all electrical/ mechanical maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and manage documentation of activities. 4. Oversee the proper functioning of all systems (Electrical) and equipment, perform routine inspections, and coordinate major repairs and installations. 5. Coordinate maintenance projects and manage the annual maintenance budget. 6. Monitor and analyses system performance to identify areas for improvement, track downtime, and manage spare parts inventory. 7. Work with other departments, such as production, to support overall facility maintenance goals and minimize downtime. 8. Support development and repair of tools and die for ease of operations / production 9. Keep updating the stocks of spares, tools and its maintenance to avoid any emergency 10.
