Job Title : Executive / Sr. Engineer Manufacturing Engineering Department : Manufacturing Engineering Location : Chakan, Pune Industry : Automotive / Engineering / Manufacturing Roles & Responsibilities: For Executive (Experience: 5–7 Years): In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes Troubleshooting of production issues and support to continuous improvement initiatives Conduct machining feasibility studies and develop process flow, work instructions Identify and define facility and equipment requirements Validate new processes through trials, prototype builds, and PPAP Drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities Conduct trials for new machines, fixtures, and tooling Perform CNC programming, prove-out, cycle time optimization, and micro-programming Ensure SOP readiness and support in run@rate activities Prepare and maintain technical documentation: DR, SIR, PFD, FMEA, CP, SOP Hands-on experience with VMC / HMC machines For Sr. Engineer (Experience: 2–5 Years): Study and interpret engineering drawings Conduct machining feasibility and facility requirement assessment Participate in trials of new machines, fixtures, and tooling Execute CNC programming and cycle time reduction activities Handle machining and inspection of sample, pre-pilot, and pilot lots Contribute to corrective and preventive actions for process issues Study new drawings, ECN, and PCN for feasibility and implementation Prepare and manage documentation: DR, SIR, PFD, FMEA, CP, SOP Hands-on experience on VMC / HMC machines Software Skills : Executive : AutoCAD, Mastercam, Auto Ballooning Sr. Engineer : AutoCAD Qualifications : Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering Desired Candidate Profile : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of machining and manufacturing practices Team player with good communication skills Self-driven with an ability to handle shop-floor challenges independently Share Your Resume on- trainee_suyash@endurance.co.in sajanjal@endurance.co.in
