Primary Responsibilities- JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare and operate CNC HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL milling and Turn-mill machines to perform tasks such as Turning, threading drilling, grinding, milling etc. Understand specifications of the task at hand and Inspect and Adjust working for desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Record all measured dimension in inspection report Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. Inspect parts during manufacturing and maintain consistent quality Check the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly in compliance with quality requirements. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. Make Fixtures and clamps when required. Write CNC Programme for HBM & VMC Milling and Turn-milling Machine Perform secondary ops (tap, deburr, etc.) Only jobs being on machines. Select appropriate tools for Machining jobs. Ensure 5S Implementation through Machine shop. Record and maintain Shift Log sheet. Ensure Measuring instruments calibration record in HBM/VMC/TURN MILL machine. Prepare CNC programme in Macro format and canned cycles. Co-ordinate with Weld shop/Assy and testing whenever necessary. Participate and complete the iComply and achieve related training course. If required, be ready to work in rig site work. Awareness on using Job router in proper manner.
