MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 YEARS

LOCATION: BANGARAPET

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute daily shop floor activities to meet production & R& D targets.

* Ensure daily output and maintain efficiency in all machining and assembly operations.

* Coordinate between design, quality, purchase, and stores departments to streamline production flow.

* Prepare and monitor raw material planning as per production and R&D schedules.

* Assist in machine programming for complex and precision components (CNC/VMC).

* Work closely with design engineers using Creo, or AutoCAD for process planning and fixture/tool design.

* Handle project planning and progress tracking using tools like MS Project or Excel.

* Ensure adherence to quality standards, production timelines, and resource optimization.

* Generate daily reports and highlight issues impacting performance.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in NX / Creo / AutoCAD or equivalent CAD/CAM software.

* Basic to intermediate CNC/VMC programming knowledge (Siemens / Fanuc / Heidenhain preferred).

* Good understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and machining parameters.

* Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.

* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

* Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is an added advantage.
