Position: Manufacturing Engineers (Leadership Roles)Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing operations for electrical products (Feeder Pillars, Control Panels, Distribution Boxes, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth workflow.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency in production.
• Train and mentor shop‑floor staff and junior engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and ensure adherence to ISO/industry standards.

Desired Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in electrical manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panel design, and fabrication processes.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and quality assurance.

Skills Preferred

• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD/Design software.
• Knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, and shop‑floor management.
• Problem‑solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,406.41 - ₹37,045.77 per month
