Role Overview

Electrical & Electronics professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electrical wiring, harness assembly, and electronic module installation.
  
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic issues in vehicles and machinery.
  
• Work on PCB assembly, testing, and integration with sensors, controllers, and power units.
  
• Assist in designing and implementing electrical layouts for prototype and production vehicles.
  
• Collaborate with mechanical, design, and R&D teams to integrate electronic systems.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of electrical systems, modifications, and test results.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality practices.
  
• Support field testing and provide on-ground solutions during trials.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
  
• 25 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronics (preferably automotive/industrial equipment).
  
• Strong knowledge of wiring, sensors, relays, controllers, and circuit troubleshooting.
  
• Experience with batteries, motors, alternators, and power distribution systems is an advantage.
  
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
  
• Practical, solution-oriented approach with willingness to work in workshop and field environments.
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
