Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and analysis of cost estimates , budgets , and technical reports . Support the team in tender documentation and bid submission processes. Prepare and maintain MIS reports , dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution. Gain hands-on experience and product knowledge in Diesel Generator (DG) sets and other mechanical systems. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for price estimation and technical clarifications. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking for cost-effective solutions. Ensure documentation and reporting as per company standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and completion of mechanical aspects of DG Set installations and associated infrastructure projects. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site execution teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage end-to-end DG Set projects (installation, commissioning, testing). Review technical drawings and ensure project compliance with specifications and standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for timely material availability. Monitor site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control. Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports. Conduct site inspections and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Supervise vendor activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
