completion certificate and final handover as per contract
, ensuring full client satisfaction.
Oversee
project execution

quality assurance

site pre-planning

Efficiently manage
site supervisors
, laborers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all projects are completed
within budget
, delivering
targeted profit margins
.
Regularly
update project status
to stakeholders.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with
consultants, contractors, and clients
.
Organize and lead
site meetings
, enforce
safety protocols
, and implement best practices.
Manage
billing
processes and ensure
timely collection of payments
.
Act as the primary point of contact to
interact with clients
and address their requirements.
Ensure effective
planning and resource allocation
for all active and upcoming sites.
