Maintain all files, and data related to the project. Calling for quotations from the Suppliers, taking quotations, negotiations & making comparative statements. Should have knowledge / ability to read drawings Technical Documentation: Compile all necessary technical documentation, schematics, and drawings to support the proposal, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and regulations. Strong estimation/quotation skills, preparing detailed costing and submitting Techno-Commercial offers Follow up with clients, contract negotiation close deals. 1. Qualification Commerce Graduate 2. Experience (Yr.) 4 - 6 years of experience preferably in Construction Industry 3. Knowledge of Banking, Accounts, GST, TDS and statutory compliances. Good command over Tally, MS, Excel and Word. 4. Working Knowledge Responsible for all bookkeeping and basic accounting functions and book Income and Expenses as required Recording Sales and Purchase entries as per invoice. Manage billing processes and ensure timely collection of payments . Act as the primary point of contact to interact with clients and address their requirements.
