Job Description

Study the technical and commercial part of Tender Document and understand the technical & commercial specifications/ customer requirements.
Developing and presenting project proposals
Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
Detailed study of tender documents, preparation of pre-bid points, scrutinizing various general and special terms & conditions of the contracts.
Preparation of rate analysis of items for the tender bid process.
Preparation of tender and contract documents including BOQ s.
Preparation of site overheads for the tender bid.
Prepare and finalize the cost estimate. Maintain all files, and data related to the project.
Calling for quotations from the contractors, taking quotations, negotiations & making comparative statements.
Should have knowledge / ability to read drawings
Knowledge in assessing the pre-qualification requirements and supporting the tendering team for Bid/No Bid decision.
Preparation of pre-engineering estimates at the time of tendering (Rough Cut BOQ). Prepare BOQs for Tender Cost Estimation purpose.
Technical Documentation: Compile all necessary technical documentation, schematics, and drawings to support the proposal, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and regulations.
Respond to client inquiries, requests for clarification, or modifications to the initial proposal in a timely and professional manner.
Excellent Business development and Coordination skills
Strong estimation/quotation skills, preparing detailed costing and submitting Techno-Commercial offers
Follow up with clients, contract negotiation close deals.
Collaborate and co-ordinate with internal departments like Design, Purchase, Finance and project teams
Multi-tasking with strong communication skills and ability to work independently
