Develop/update PFD, P&Ids, C&E and Control Narratives for project Provide coaching and mentoring to early career engineers About You Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in chemical/petroleum or mechanical engineering from a recognized university Minimum of 5 years of work experience within the oil and gas industry (Upstream, Refining, or Petrochemical) in Design & Engineering for Projects and/or Technical Services roles Should possess an overview knowledge of other discipline design. Experience of working with other engineering disciplines to progress the project design & engineering Should be able to independently lead multi-disciplinary small-scale projects and influencing Contractor and other discipline teams. Experience and competency in various oil and Gas Industry Process Design and Process Safety standards. Strong interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software program Willing to work in shifts (1.30 PM - 10.30 PM IST) or (9:00 AM -6:00 PM IST) Willing to work full-time from Bengaluru based office location Willing and able to travel nationally and/or internationally as required Tool proficiency : Aspen Hysys/HTRI/DNV PHAST / FLACS / Flarenet / Flaresim / Flarenet / PHA pro/MS Projects Should be legally authorized to work in India.
