Qualification: MBA in HR Experience: 5+ years of experience in statutory management Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Good Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation). Assist in ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per compliance norms.
