Job overview: We are looking for a motivated Cost Estimator with around 2-3 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, helping with tender submissions, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring the financial feasibility of work. Research and gather price data for materials, labour rates, equipment, subcontractors. Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and work with procurement/vendor teams. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers to clarify scope or resolve ambiguities. Update estimates whenever project scope or drawings change. Track actual project costs vs estimates, analyse variances, suggest cost control or optimization options. Maintain estimation templates, databases, historical cost records.
