Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical-Design Engineer join our dynamic team. As an Mechanical-Design & Development Engineer, you will be responsible for retrieve and review all customer specification documents, vendor quotes, drawings and diagrams for creating mechanical designs for customer. Responsibilities · Prepare and submit drawings for customer’s review and approval. · Amend drawing & revise the drawing as per command from production manager or relevant party to meet customer’s requirements. · Responsible for design control and drawing specification control, liaise with customer for engineering design with AutoCAD & SOLIDWORKS · Prepare bills of quantities according to project requirement for production manager easy to refer. · Prepare quotation to customer and follow up with customer to make sure we meet customer’s requirements. · Perform daily review and approval of products release (QA) to check the quality of products. · Ensure all quality management system documentation are kept in order as per our ISO standards. · Mechanical Product includes, Skid platform, Form Hose Reel, Enclosure, Panel, Bicycle Rack, Battery Rack, Construction Structure and etc. Requirements · Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. · Minimum 2 years of experience. · Familiar with construction, manufacturing field etc. · Must have AutoCAD & Solid works knowledge is mandatory
You will be responsible for basic electrical control panel design with PLC system. This includes preparing and submitting panel drawings as required, as well as creating FDS, Logic Flow Diagrams, and Test procedures. You will configure, program, and test PLC panels, and interface with high-level control systems such as BMS/SCADA and other equipment. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot control panels at the factory or project site, along with any other duties as assigned. To qualify for this position, you must possess a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and have more than 5 years of experience in a related field. You should have hands-on experience in control panel troubleshooting and be able to select and size the PLC configuration based on project requirements and number of I/O points. Experience with various field devices like photo sensors, proximity switches, level sensors, and transducers is essential, along with hands-on experience in communication protocols like RS232, RS485, and TCP/IP. You must be proficient in writing application programs in Ladder logic and Statement List for PLC systems such as Omron, Allan Bradley, Siemens S5, S7, PCS7, and Mitsubishi. It is crucial to interface with high-level control systems, prepare necessary Functional Design Specifications, Logic Flow Diagrams, and Test procedures, and perform the T&C of PLC panels. Experience in HMI graphics development (Wonderware, Intellution, Citect, etc) will be advantageous, as well as knowledge in AutoCAD/Eplan.,
