Tender And Estimation Engineer

As an Electrical Tender & Estimation Engineer at Walex Engineering Services, you will play a crucial role in converting client specifications into competitive, precise, and dependable project proposals. Your responsibilities will involve various tasks such as preparing tender and contract documents including BQ, analyzing costing for tenders, planning costs, estimating quantities, assisting in budget preparation for M&E works, creating preliminary design drawings and design calculations, sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers, negotiating prices, and supporting and tendering multiple M&E projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of tender and contract documents including BQ - Prepare and analyze costing for tenders - Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities - Assist in preparation of budget for M&E works - Prepare preliminary design drawing and design calculation - Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation - Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience - Familiarity with tendering, project cost control in M&E works - Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be part of a company that values quality, transparency, and value engineering in every project proposal.,
