Billing Engineer

You will be reporting to Senior Engineer assuming overall responsibilities pertaining to various functions listed below:

• Responsible for follow up and collection of Payments from all sites
• Responsible for preparation of Bills for all Projects with the help of A/c department.
• Co-ordination with PM/Design team/Accounts dept. to submit Bills on time for all projects and Get the statements certified from the client
• To follow up with Clients Accounts department for payment collection.
• Review of bills of quantities and item lists project wise.
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors thru PM and A/cs.
• Conduct quantity surveys and work measurements to submit Bills
• Getting Performa and Bill approval from all sites individually or thru PM
• Checking of Materials supplied/s Consumption V/s Billing
• Closing of all Projects with Materials consumption V/s Billing V/s supply
• Keep Track of Extra materials lying at Project site
• Sub-contractors Billing against Order
• Project planning, designing, preparing/ checking budget estimates, technical evaluation of bids, award of work contracts and overall project supervision/ coordination to ensure project delivery within defined timelines.
• Attend Site Visit for Quantity verification and material /subcontract procurement/Stock
• Prepare and raise technical /commercial queries to client /consultant as and when needed
• Prepare direct and in-direct cost of the project in line with the project specification/requirements.
• Manages and coordinates projects from awarding through completion and is responsible for monitoring schedule and driving all activities to achieve project success.
