Core Responsibilities

Measurement & Quantification:
- Take measurements from site/drawings to create quantity sheets (JMRs).
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and estimate project costs.
- Conduct physical site checks for quantity verification.

Bill Preparation & Processing:
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills for clients and subcontractors.
- Process vendor/contractor invoices and material bills.
- Calculate rates for extra/non-tender items.

Financial Control & Reporting:
- Track project expenses and maintain budget adherence.
- Reconcile material usage and contractor bills.
- Generate financial reports (MIS) and maintain detailed billing records.

Coordination & Compliance:
- Liaise with site engineers, project managers, clients, and accounts teams.
- Ensure all billing meets contractual terms, specifications, and regulations.
- Handle client approvals and follow up on payments.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (ERP, SAP).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
