Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman(for building) to oversee daily site operations on building construction projects. The Foreman will coordinate and supervise workers, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintain efficient workflow to meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators on-site. Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide construction activities. Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor material usage and coordinate timely deliveries of construction materials. Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, equipment usage, and incidents. Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager regularly. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce compliance with health and safety procedures. Identify potential delays or issues and recommend solutions to maintain schedule. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery. Coordinate with subcontractors for specific trades (masonry, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Assist in setting out levels and layout for building components.
