Manager - Prayer Tower

Purpose of the Role: To lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower, ensuring spiritual excellence, compassionate intercession, and efficient administration in alignment with the mission of praying for people and bringing healing, hope, and transformation through Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities:Spiritual Leadership Provide prayerful leadership to the intercession team, ensuring alignment with biblical values and Jesus Calls ministry vision. Lead daily prayer sessions, night vigils, fasting prayers, and special intercessory gatherings. Offer spiritual counsel and biblical encouragement to visitors and callers. Operational Management Manage day-to-day operations of the Prayer Tower including scheduling, team rosters, and logistics. Supervise the intercession team, volunteers, and support staff. Ensure timely reporting to headquarters and maintain all prayer request records and testimonies. People & Team Development Train, mentor, and equip prayer intercessors to grow in prayer, discernment, and pastoral care. Encourage team spiritual growth through regular Bible studies, prayer training, and feedback sessions. Customer & Public Engagement Ensure warm, welcoming, and respectful interactions with all who seek prayer support—whether in person, by phone, or online. Handle grievances, conflicts, and special prayer needs with compassion, discretion, and urgency. Administrative Duties Maintain financial accountability, including donations received and tower-related expenses. Liaise with the central office on updates, campaigns, and outreach events. Ensure compliance with all Jesus Calls guidelines and local legal regulations. Preferred Attributes: Biblical training or theological education is a plus. Flexible and available for weekend and night prayer schedules. Able to uphold confidentiality and maintain spiritual sensitivity.
