People & Team Development Train, mentor, and equip prayer intercessors to grow in prayer, discernment, and pastoral care. Encourage team spiritual growth through regular Bible studies, prayer training, and feedback sessions. Customer & Public Engagement Ensure warm, welcoming, and respectful interactions with all who seek prayer support—whether in person, by phone, or online. Handle grievances, conflicts, and special prayer needs with compassion, discretion, and urgency. Administrative Duties Maintain financial accountability, including donations received and tower-related expenses. Liaise with the central office on updates, campaigns, and outreach events. Ensure compliance with all Jesus Calls guidelines and local legal regulations. Preferred Attributes: Biblical training or theological education is a plus. Flexible and available for weekend and night prayer schedules. Able to uphold confidentiality and maintain spiritual sensitivity.
