Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts).
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund management.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
Support external/internal audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procedures.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Professional certifications like CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred (depending on level).
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
