We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team at a reputed Maruti Suzuki Dealership. If you have a strong passion for finance, accuracy, and dealership operations, we want to hear from you!

Job Role: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries following dealership accounting standards.
• Handle cash book, bank reconciliation, ledger posting, and journal entries.
• Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Process sales invoices, purchase bills, and receipt/payment vouchers.
• Monitor receivables & payables and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and spare parts departments for accounting-related tasks.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and MIS statements.
• Ensure accurate handling of petty cash and daily cash settlements.
• Support external/internal audits with required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (automobile dealership experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / DMS / MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
