Outbound Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals from the Jesus Calls database.
• Offer prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Share updates about ministry events, special prayer festivals, and initiatives.
• Invite financial support through donations, monthly partnerships, or special offerings.
• Record call details, prayer requests, and responses accurately in the ministry database.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive spiritual and personal matters with care.
• Follow calling scripts and guidelines while allowing room for Spirit-led interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets.
• Participate in regular team prayers, training sessions, and spiritual enrichment programs.

Qualifications:

• A committed Christian with a heart for prayer and ministry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [language(s) – e.g., English, Tamil, Hindi, etc.].
• Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and discretion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays during peak prayer seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
