This is where Flent comes in. We&aposre creating a new standard of urban renting for India.

We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn&apost ignore. Numbers revealed that $10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less.

Flent is backed by top-tier VCs and angels. Since our inception in Jan24, weve launched 110+ homes in Bangalore, went viral on X more than we imagined, and crossed $1,000,000 in annual GMV.

Along with the 100 other things on my plate as a founder, I also lead our brand efforts and honestly, its the most energizing part of my job.

About the Role

Visual Designer at Flent

This is a role for someone who cares about aesthetics, detail, and storytelling through design. Youll translate ideas into visuals that people instantly connect with, while ensuring our visual identity stays distinct and cohesive.

What youll broadly do:

• Shape how Flent shows up in the world :

  From a home launch post that creates buzz, to the deck that convinces a landlord to sign with us youll design the visuals that carry our story forward.

• Build a visual language people can instantly recognize :

  Typography, colors, layouts, icons, photography youll evolve and codify the system that makes anything feel Flent at first glance.

• Treat every touchpoint as a brand moment :

  From a big campaign to a simple tenant move-in guide, youll ensure every visual is sharp, on-brand, and reflects Flents taste.

• Push the boundaries of Flents visual brand :

  Keep raising the bar on taste, detail, and originality so that over time, Flent is known not just for consistency, but for a visual identity that feels world-class.

• Create tools that make consistency effortless :

  Design libraries, templates, and guidelines that help the entire team put out work that looks sharp without needing you every single time.

Were looking for someone who:

• Has 35 years of visual/graphic design experience (agency or in-house, consumer brands preferred)
• Is strong in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Has a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition
• Can translate abstract ideas into simple, clear, compelling visuals
• Balances taste with pragmatism knows when to push creative boundaries and when to keep it clean
• Is detail-obsessed, but ships fast
• Loves being hands-on and doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves to figure stuff out
• Enjoys working across teams and functions, and can manage multiple moving pieces
• Bonus: has exposure to motion design, video editing, or 3D

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

The total cash compensation for this role is upto INR 12 LPA. Youll be eligible for ESOPs & standard perks beyond the cash component.

The role is based in Kormangala, Bangalore. We do not operate remotely, you should be based in Bangalore to be eligible for this role.
