About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Creativity

• Create high-quality visual designs for product interfaces, marketing creatives, landing pages, and brand assets.
• Develop layouts, typography systems, iconography, color palettes, and visual systems.
• Ensure visual consistency across all design touchpoints and maintain brand guidelines.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives and creative concepts.

Branding & Communication

• Support the development of brand identity systems and visual storytelling.
• Design visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and communication assets.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams for brand-aligned visuals.

Product & UI Visual Craft

• Enhance UI screens with polished visual treatments, spacing, hierarchy, and visual clarity.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and PMs to deliver production-ready designs.
• Prepare final assets, style guides, and export specifications for development handoff.

Collaboration & Execution

• Participate in design reviews, collect feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Deliver work within timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Bring fresh creative ideas, design trends, and visual references to the team.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in visual design within a design studio, product company, or digital agency.
• Strong command over Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and visual design tools.
• Excellent understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, spacing, grids, and design principles.
• Experience designing visuals for product interfaces, web pages, social creatives, and brand assets.
• Ability to work with structured design systems and layered files.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pure visual design work (UI visual craft, marketing creatives, branding, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design decisions confidently.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in motion graphics or video-based storytelling (After Effects).
• Understanding of UX concepts (not UX role, but awareness helps).
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
