About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution:

• Create visually impactful presentation decks, proposal assets, and campaign visuals.
• Design infographics, brochures, reports, and digital creatives for marketing and sales.
• Support video creation, editing, and basic animations for brand and campaign content.

Brand & Collaboration:

• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets in line with Opus brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for creative storytelling.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in design for B2B/corporate marketing with proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) and corporate deck designing is a must.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
