Role - Web Graphic Designer/Visual Graphic Designer

Location: Chennai, India (Work from Office)

Please note: This is not a UX or Product Design role.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Graphic Designer/Visual Graphic Designer to join on a full time role at SurveySparrow. As a Web Graphic Designer/Visual Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and compelling designs for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and product presentations. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our product and content marketing teams to understand our products and their features, and convert them into a captivating marketing vision that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the growth and performance marketing teams to transform campaign goals, product features, and value propositions into visually compelling designs.

Create high-performing digital assets including ad creatives, landing pages, banners, emails, pop-ups, modals, carousels, social media visuals, snippets, and other elements optimized for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Continuously test, refine, and iterate on design variations based on campaign performance insights.

Work closely with copywriters to ensure strong alignment between visual direction and landing-page messaging.

(Good to have) Develop motion graphics and short-form video assets for digital campaigns.

Maintain consistency and brand coherence across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Partner with frontend developers to deliver visually appealing, user-friendly web experiences.

Maintain a structured and organized creative asset library for faster turnaround and scalable campaign execution.

Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and performance-driven best practices.

Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, with a focus on marketing materials and digital assets is a must. Applications without a link to the portfolio will not be entertained.

Keen eye for iconography and minimalist design principles.

0-2 years of experience as a Web Graphic Designer/Visual Graphic Designer, preferably in a product-based company or similar environment.

Flexibility to understand and adopt different design styles and brand guidelines across different product suites

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of layout principles, visual hierarchy, graphic aesthetics, and typography.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and precision.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.

Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
