Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting international B2B clients. You’ll play a crucial role in growing our global footprint, driving sales pipelines, and nurturing long-term client relationships for design and creative service offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, APAC)
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ChatGPT, Cognism, Lusha) to discover leads, enrich data, personalize outreach, and increase engagement efficiency.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored design service offerings like branding, UI/UX, visual design, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and case studies.
  • Lead client communication from first contact to deal with closure, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools for tracking leads, conversions, and opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships and explore upsell opportunities with existing accounts.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B international business development or sales, preferably in design, creative, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with global clients (especially US/APAC).
  • Experience with AI tools to boost lead generation and sales productivity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand design offerings and position them effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with design agencies, marketing firms, or creative studios
  • Knowledge of digital design trends, branding, or UI/UX terminologies
