Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting the top line volume and value targets for given/allotted regions for the financial year in line with Specialty Chemicals Businesss growth plan and strategy.
Develop, plan and implement suitable sales strategies for new customer acquisition.
Develop, plan and implement sales strategies for achieving maximum sales potential from the existing customers
Ensure regional expansion to increase reach and distribution in line with Specialty Chemicals Business strategy.
Generate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast and ensure its effective implementation.
Develop new Key Accounts and ensure sustainable growth & profitability of these accounts as per the annual target.
Carry out product gap analysis on an ongoing basis and provide input for the Sourcing team to identify new principals.
Develop proper market intelligence and carry out competitor analysis to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for our products basket.
Carry out market mapping & potential analysis for all given regions.
Ensure regular monitoring of collection to ensure no payment over dues as per the agreed norms.
Ensure 10-12 days of customer visits in a planned manner covering all key customers in the given region.
Participate in all sales review meetings as per plan.
