Position Title: Manager Finance & Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Managing Director Location: Mumbai Qualification: CA/MBA-Finance with commerce background Experience: 5 -10 years Purpose of the Role: This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards to support various departments such as sales, finance, and marketing. This role involves data analysis, performance monitoring, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will also play a key part in improving internal systems and supporting costing, inventory management, and import/export processes. Role & Responsibilities: MIS Reporting & Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards. Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and reconciliation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide trend analysis. Collaborate with department heads to understand their reporting needs and deliver custom solutions. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management. Document and maintain data processes and reporting standards. Assist in improving internal systems and reporting tools. Costing & Analysis: Assist in generating and maintaining cost sheets for various products. Support monthly/quarterly costing reviews and inventory valuation processes. Analyze purchase and overhead costs to ensure accurate product pricing. Work with the import team to update standard costs and Bills of Entry (BOEs). Conduct variance analysis. Demonstrate knowledge of direct and indirect taxes. Stock & Inventory Management: Track and update stock levels across multiple locations and warehouses. Monitor stock movement, discrepancies, and reordering needs. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure real-time stock data accuracy. Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of import/export procedures. Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables. Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. Experience with ERP systems and data integration is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Position Name Manager / Asst. Manager EHS Reporting to Plant Head. Location Ambernath Plant. Purpose: - This is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire EHS program. This involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing risks, promoting a safety-first culture, and overseeing various EHS-related activities like risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations. To lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environment, Health & Safety systems at the plant to ensure legal compliance, prevent incidents, and promote a safe and sustainable workplace. Primary Responsibilities: - Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations (e.g., Factories Act, Environmental Protection Act, Hazardous Waste Rules, etc.). Liaise with statutory authorities (Pollution Control Board, Directorate of Factories, etc.) and handle legal inspections, documentation, and reporting. Maintain updated knowledge of changes in EHS laws and ensure timely implementation. Ensures that Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are maintained and readily accessible when needed. EHS Management System: Develop and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified systems. Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP studies, JSA, and safety audits. Monitor and report KPIs (LTIFR, TRIR, near misses, etc.) and drive continuous improvement. Incident Management: Lead investigation of incidents/accidents and implement root cause corrective actions. Maintain emergency preparedness and response plans (on-site and off-site). Organize safety drills and mock exercises regularly. Monthly MIS presentation to Management:- Monthly EHS activity tracking report (include compliance tracker, diesel consumption, hazardous waste disposal, coal ash disposal, water consumption details, coal composition details) Training & Awareness: Develop and implement EHS training calendar for employees, contract workers, and visitors. Promote a culture of safety through awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and visual management. Waste & Pollution Control: Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal in compliance with norms with local authorise agency (Mumbai Waste Management). Ensure functioning of pollution control equipment (ETP, scrubbers, etc.). Monitor air, water, and soil quality and ensure within permissible limits. Secondary Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Management: Lead the site EHS team and support line managers in driving EHS practices. Conduct periodic reviews with senior management on EHS performance. Communication and Engagement: Effectively communicating EHS information to all stakeholders, including employees, management, and regulatory agencies. Representing the Company: Representing the company in various EHS-related forums, such as government committees and industry organizations. Continuous Improvement: Implementing and maintaining a continuous improvement approach to EHS performance. Educational Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or Science with a Diploma in Industrial Safety (as per Factories Act, India). NEBOSH / IOSH / Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Certified Industrial Safety professional (ADIS from RLI/CLI) Experience: - years in EHS roles, preferably in the chemical or process industry Gender Specific requirement : - Male Candidate acceptable. Skill and Qualities Required: - In-depth understanding of Indian EHS regulations and chemical manufacturing processes. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Analytical and problem-solving mind-set. Proficient in safety management software/tools.
