Role details Title: HR Head & Manager – People Performance & Development Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 5–8 years of relevant HR experience CTC: ₹7–8 LPA + performance bonus Joining: Immediate preferred Type: Full-time, in-office role Core Responsibilities Own and drive company-wide performance management (KRAs, reviews, appraisals) Build and execute training programs for capability development Launch and sustain a retention strategy and employee success systems Run monthly manager coaching & review alignment Oversee recruitment activity and approve final hiring decisions Identify and address early attrition risks Align and support the existing hiring + intern team Key Deliverables & Success Metrics 100% KRA coverage and monthly review cadence within 45 days Targeted team training sessions per quarter Reduce <90-day attrition to under 10% 90%+ manager compliance on monthly performance check-ins Final hiring approvals within 48 hours of submission Weekly dashboard tracking hiring, onboarding, early performance Who Should Apply 5–8 years of real hands-on experience in performance, retention, training Someone who’s built systems, not just followed them Has worked in fast-paced setups: startups, growth-stage SMEs, manufacturing Comfortable owning strategy and execution Wants to be part of a business-building HR leadership team Note: This is not an entry-level or policy-only role.
