This role involves reimagining and developing our existing glass décor piecesinto exclusive, market-ready designs for the high-end decor and lighting industry. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Study and analyze existing glass pieces to develop new decor design interpretations. Conduct R&D on global design trends in glass, luxury decor, and lighting. Collaborate with the sales and innovation team to align designs with commercial potential. Innovate and conceptualize new decor products that stand out in global markets. Connect and brainstorm with designers across the world for trend exchange and inspiration. Assist in building a design library of future-ready ideas and prototypes. ✅ Requirements Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design or Product Design. Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and global design languages. Curious and passionate about glass, décor, and material innovation. Confident communicator – verbal and visual.
