OPEN ROLES: 6 POSITIONS

We’re hiring 3 Vertical Heads

Interior Designers & Architects (Pan-India)

2️⃣ Hospitality Projects (Hotels, Consultants, Procurement Heads)

3️⃣ Builder Projects (Luxury Developers, Residences)

Each vertical will have:

• 1 

  Vertical Head

   – Strategy, pipeline, team and forecasting
• 1 

  Vertical Lead

   – Direct sales execution & account ownership

Your Targets & Responsibilities

As Vertical Head (6–10 yrs):

• Define vertical sales strategy and drive conversion across regions
• Lead a team of 1–2 account-focused leads
• Forecast monthly order book and push high-value closures
• Engage with marketing, lead-gen, and design to drive funnel efficiency

As Vertical Lead (3–4 yrs):

• Own and grow 10–15 assigned accounts
• Drive weekly BOQ submissions and client engagement
• Handle project-level pricing, negotiation, and follow-ups
• Ensure repeat business and CRM hygiene

Who Should Apply?

• Prior B2B project sales experience in 

  decorative lighting

  , 

  furniture

  , or 

  interior products

• Strong network among interior designers

  , 

  hoteliers

  , or 

  builder procurement teams

• Proven ability to close design-driven, large-ticket deals

• Ready to work from Noida HQ

   and travel for key client interactions
