We, as a value-driven and hands-on promoter team from Ambala, are committed to building a world-class organization. As we gear up for our next growth phase, we’re looking for a Head of HR who will anchor HR as a strategic function and build it into a high-impact business enabler.
We are seeking a Head of HR to lead and scale our people strategy during this critical growth phase. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a plant HR role to corporate HR leadership, have proven experience in manufacturing environments, and be capable of managing HR across multiple verticals. The position is a full-time leadership role based in Ambala and requires on-site presence.
Strategic HR Leadership
• Align HR strategy with long-term business goals in close partnership with promoters and leadership.
• Build a scalable, agile HR function across three interrelated business verticals.
• Drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth, structure, and culture.
Talent & Leadership Development
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.
• Design and implement structured training programs, especially for skilled workers in specialized manufacturing.
• Develop and drive learning and development programs for mid- to senior-level leadership.
• Support leadership assessment, evaluation, and succession planning.
• Implement targeted retention strategies, including long-term incentives like ESOPs for senior talent.
Performance & Culture
• Establish robust performance management systems, including KPIs and KRAs.
• Promote a unified, value-driven culture across verticals while enabling adaptability.
• Lead change management and internal communication during organizational transformation.
HR Team & Capability Building
• Build and retain a high-performing HR team aligned to business needs.
• Strengthen HR team capability and responsiveness through development and mentoring.
Operations, Compliance & Technology
• Oversee HR operations: payroll, policies, grievance handling, and statutory compliance.
• We aim to standardize and digitize our HR processes to enhance efficiency and scale.
• Leverage people analytics for planning, insights, and decision-making.
▪ Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ Minimum 12 years of HR experience in manufacturing, having progressed from a plant HR role to a corporate HR leadership position.
▪ Must have worked closely with promoters or founders in driving and enabling fast-paced organizational growth.
▪ Strong track record in skilled worker recruitment and training, especially in manufacturing environments with specialized talent.
▪ Proven ability to build, lead, and retain a strong HR team across multi-unit or multi-vertical operations.
▪ Practical understanding of HR systems, labor laws, employee engagement, and modern HR practices.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a high level of cultural alignment.
Candidates must either be based full-time in Ambala or be willing to relocate immediately.
